Enter the distributor's purchase bill — the stock is already updated
Type the purchase bill once and it becomes stock. Every line you enter carries its own batch number, expiry date, MRP and rate, and each one is written onto the shelf the moment you save the bill. There is no second job afterwards called “now add the stock” — the batch you just bought is on the billing screen before the delivery boy has left the shop.

Is Bilzy Pharmacy billing software free to download?▾
Yes. The Windows app and the Android app are both free to download and use for billing. Premium features are unlocked with one subscription that covers every device on the same account.
Does entering a purchase bill update my stock automatically?▾
Yes. Type the distributor’s bill once and every line becomes stock as you save it, with its own batch number, expiry, MRP and rate. Schemes, free goods and trade discounts are worked into the cost per strip, and GST credit is taken off the cost if you are registered — so the margin you see is the margin you made. There is no separate step to add the stock afterwards.
Can I sell loose tablets (cut strips)?▾
Yes. Sell 3 tablets out of a 10-tablet strip — the bill is priced per tablet, stock moves as a fraction of the strip, and profit is worked out on the tablet cost rather than the strip cost.
Does it track batch numbers and expiry dates?▾
Yes. Every medicine holds batch-wise stock with its own expiry and MRP. Billing picks the earliest-expiry batch first (FEFO), and expiry and low-stock reports print as a PDF you can walk the shelves with.
Is the Schedule H1 register supported?▾
Yes. H1 sales record the prescribing doctor, registration number and patient address, as Rule 65(11)(d) requires.
Does Bilzy Pharmacy file GST returns?▾
It prepares them. GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B download as JSON for the GST offline tool, with HSN and B2B summaries as CSV. Every figure is scaled to the tax each bill actually filed, so the return agrees with the invoices you handed out.
Does it work without internet?▾
Yes. Billing, the medicine list and reports work offline — the national list of 3.3 lakh medicines is kept on the computer itself. Your data syncs when the connection comes back.
Will the Windows app update itself?▾
Yes. It checks for a new version on startup and once a day, tells you what changed, and updates in place when you accept. It never interrupts a bill you are in the middle of, and nothing needs uninstalling.
Which printers does it support?▾
Any printer installed on Windows. Thermal rolls at 58mm and 80mm, and A4, A5 or Letter sheets in portrait or landscape, across fourteen invoice designs.
