Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Overview
This Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy applies to all services provided by Bilzy (operated by Bilzy, a registered MSME), including the Bilzy mobile application, the bilzy.in website, and all associated services. By using our services, you agree to this policy.
2. Bilzy Subscription Plans (App Services)
2.1 Cancellation
- You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from the app (Settings → Subscription)
- Upon cancellation, your premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan
- No partial refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing cycle
- Your data (products, invoices, customers) will be preserved on the Free plan
2.2 Refund Policy
- Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund if you have not used premium features
- After 7 days: No refund will be issued
- Annual subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 15 days of purchase
- Free trial: No charges during the trial period; cancel anytime before trial ends
- Refunds, if approved, will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
2.3 How to Request a Refund

- We will review and respond within 3 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
3. Online Store Orders (Customer Orders on bilzy.in Stores)
Bilzy provides a platform for merchants to run their online stores at yourstore.bilzy.in. The following policies apply to orders placed on individual stores:
3.1 Important Note
- Each store on bilzy.in is independently owned and operated by individual merchants
- Bilzy acts as a technology platform provider and is not a party to any transaction between the store owner and customer
- Refund, return, and cancellation policies may vary by store — check with the respective store owner
3.2 Order Cancellation
- Customers may request order cancellation before the order is dispatched/out for delivery
- Once an order is marked as "Out for Delivery" or "Delivered", cancellation is subject to the store owner's discretion
- To cancel an order, contact the store owner directly via the store's contact details or WhatsApp
3.3 Refund for Online Orders
- Online payment (Razorpay): If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the store owner will initiate a refund via Razorpay within 5-7 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD): No refund applicable as no payment was collected upfront
- Failed payments: If money was debited but the order was not placed, the amount will be automatically refunded by Razorpay within 5-7 business days
- For refund disputes, customers should first contact the store owner; if unresolved, email info.bilzy@gmail.com
3.4 Returns & Replacements
- Return and replacement policies are set by individual store owners
- Perishable goods (food, dairy, vegetables) are generally non-returnable
- Damaged or wrong products should be reported to the store within 24 hours of delivery
- Contact the store owner with photos of the issue for a replacement or refund
4. Bilzy Points & In-App Credits
- Bilzy Points are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Expired or unused points will not be refunded
5. Payment Processing
- All online payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway
- Bilzy does not store any credit/debit card or bank details
- Transaction fees charged by Razorpay are non-refundable

7. Non-Refundable Items
- Services already rendered or consumed
- Subscription fees for periods already used
- Bilzy Points and promotional credits
- Custom domain or add-on services once activated

If you are unsatisfied with the refund decision:

- We will review and provide a final resolution within 7 business days
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam, India
