1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Bilzy mobile application or accessing bilzy.in (including all subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Bilzy is a registered MSME based in Guwahati, Assam, India. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Bilzy provides a business management platform that includes:

  • Billing and invoicing tools
  • Inventory and product management
  • Online store hosting at yourstore.bilzy.in
  • Customer relationship management
  • Expense tracking and financial reports
  • Khata (ledger) management
  • Order management and delivery tracking

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One person or business may maintain only one account
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Online Store Terms

When you create an online store on bilzy.in:

  • You are responsible for all products, prices, and content on your store
  • You must comply with all applicable laws regarding the products you sell
  • You must not sell prohibited, illegal, or counterfeit goods
  • You are responsible for fulfilling orders placed through your store
  • You must provide accurate product descriptions and images
  • Bilzy is a platform provider and is not a party to transactions between you and your customers

5. Payments

  • Online payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway
  • Bilzy does not store credit/debit card information
  • Transaction fees may apply as per Razorpay's terms
  • Subscription fees for premium plans are non-refundable after the billing cycle begins
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

6. Subscription Plans

  • Free plan includes basic features with limited product count
  • Paid plans unlock additional features and higher limits
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Downgrading may result in loss of access to premium features
  • Unused portions of a subscription are not refundable

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Sell prohibited, illegal, or counterfeit goods through your store
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
  • Create false or misleading product listings

8. Intellectual Property

The Bilzy name, logo, app, and website design are owned by Bilzy. You retain ownership of your business data, product listings, and content. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to display your store content on bilzy.in.

9. Data and Your Content

  • You retain full ownership of your business data
  • We do not claim ownership of your products, invoices, or customer data
  • You are responsible for backing up your data
  • We may remove content that violates these terms

10. Limitation of Liability

Bilzy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Disputes between store owners and their customers
  • Third-party payment processing issues

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your store will be taken offline and data will be deleted after 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
