Medicines online — with the prescription checked first
In the Bilzy Pharmacy app the store knows which medicines need a prescription. The customer adds a photo of it at the checkout, and the order does not move until your pharmacist has approved it — the reason goes back to the customer if it is not. Salts, makers and pack sizes come from Bilzy’s list of 3.3 lakh medicines.

Is it really free?
Yes. The Free plan puts 5 items on your own store at bilzy.in/your-shop with cash on delivery, and takes your first 10 orders — no card, no trial that runs out. Move to a paid plan when the store is busy.
Do I need a website or a domain?
No. Your store lives at bilzy.in/your-shop. On a paid plan you can put it on your own domain as well.
How do customers pay?
Cash on delivery on every plan. On a paid plan they can also pay online — UPI, cards, net banking — through your own Razorpay account, so the money reaches your bank directly.
Who delivers the orders?
You do, with your own rider, inside the radius you set — the site shows the customer the minutes it will take. On a paid plan a courier (Delhivery) can take orders to anywhere in India.
Where do the orders come?
On the Bilzy app on your computer (Windows) and your phone (Android), with an alert. Accepting, packing and delivering an order moves the stock and makes the bill in the same books as your counter.
Can a pharmacy sell medicines?
Yes, from the Bilzy Pharmacy app. A medicine that needs a prescription asks the customer for a photo of it, and the order does not move until your pharmacist has approved it.
Can my store have its own app?
On Business Professional your store gets its own Android app, published for you.
How do I pay for a plan — is there an auto-debit?
One payment for the year, from inside the app (Online store → Plan) — UPI, card or net banking. No mandate and no auto-debit; you renew when you choose. GST (18%) is added to the price.
