Questions
Does it have a CRM and billing too?
Yes — it is all in one: clients and leads with follow-ups (a CRM made for astrologers), appointments, and GST bills with payments, dues and reports, beside the kundli. No separate billing software is needed.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A new account can use the phone and the computer free for 3 days. After that, choose a plan — paid once for the year, GST included, nothing auto-debited.
What does a plan include?
A plan is a yearly service from Bilzy, not only the app: we set it up with you (your practice, bill design, services and WhatsApp), train you one-to-one on a phone or video call, and support you on WhatsApp and phone all year — with every update included.
Does it work in Hindi?
Yes. The whole app switches between English and हिंदी in one press, and AI readings can be written in English, Hindi or Hinglish.
Which ayanamsa, and how accurate is it?
Lahiri (Chitrapaksha) by default, with KP and Raman to choose. Positions come from a modern astronomical engine and are checked against published panchangs and well-known charts.
Can I send a kundli to the client?
Print it, or send it as a PDF or a picture on WhatsApp — the kundli, the full report, a bill, or a Studio page.
What does the AI cost?
AI answers are paid in Bilzy points: 1.5 points for a question, 3 for a full reading. 10 points cost ₹1, and points are taken only when an answer comes back.
Is my data safe?
