The short answer

A wholesaler or distributor needs a wholesale rate for trade buyers, orders that come in through salesmen and become bills, a credit limit and a statement for every retailer, company schemes passed on correctly, and the papers for each truck. Bilzy does this: wholesale rates on every item with quantity slabs, sale orders turned into bills, credit limits with a warning at billing, bill-wise collection and party statements, 10+1 schemes, delivery challans and an e-way bill register. It runs on Windows and Android from ₹999 a year.

At month end, GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B files are built from the bills themselves, so the return agrees with what your buyers received.

  • Distribution is a business of thin margins and thick ledgers. Keep both in check.

  • A salesman’s order should reach the billing desk before he reaches the next shop.

  • Credit is how you grow. A limit is how you stay safe.

From a retailer’s order to the payment

  1. 1

    Order

The salesman books it on his beat.

  2. 2

    Billed

The order becomes a bill at the party’s rate.

  3. 3

    Dispatched

Delivery challan and e-way bill go with the truck.

  4. 4

    On account

The bill waits on the retailer’s account.

  5. 5

    Collected

Paid bill by bill; a statement settles the rest.

How to run wholesale billing on Bilzy

  1. 1

    Set your rates

Give each item its retail rate and its wholesale rate. On the Android app, add quantity slabs where the rate drops for bigger orders.

  2. 2

    Mark your trade buyers

Add retailers as parties with their GSTIN and mark them wholesale, so their bills take the wholesale rate.

  3. 3

Give each party a credit limit

Set how much a retailer may owe. Billing warns you before a bill would take them over it.

  4. 4

    Take orders from salesmen

Salesmen book sale orders under their own logins; the billing desk turns each order into a bill.

  5. 5

    Pass on the company’s scheme

Set 10+1 on the item. The free quantity goes on the bill, and stock goes down by what really left.

  6. 6

Send the truck with its papers

Make the delivery challan from the bill with the vehicle number, and keep the e-way bill number with the bill.

  7. 7

    Collect and file

Collect bill by bill, send statements, and build the month’s GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B files from the bills.

Credit that grows the business, not the risk

A distributor’s real stock is not in the godown — it is out in the market, on credit. Every retailer who pays late is money you are lending without interest.

Bilzy puts a credit limit on each party and warns at billing before a bill would take them over it. Payments are settled against particular bills, so old dues stay visible, and a statement shows the retailer exactly what is open.

  • See every party’s dues in one place
  • Settle payments against particular bills
  • Send a party statement before the salesman visits
Every bill on credit is a loan. Lend like a banker, sell like a friend.

Questions shopkeepers ask

Can Bilzy bill at wholesale and retail rates?

Yes. Each item carries a retail and a wholesale rate, and on the Android app quantity slabs can lower the rate for bigger orders. Parties marked wholesale get the wholesale rate on their bills.

Can salesmen take orders?

Yes. Salesmen book sale orders under their own logins, and the billing desk turns each order into a bill.

Does Bilzy warn when a party crosses its credit limit?

Yes. Set a credit limit on the party, and billing warns you before a bill would take them over it.

Is Bilzy only for small shops?

No. It is priced so a small shop can afford it, and built for a busy one: staff logins with roles, stock in more than one godown, wholesale rates and credit limits, GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B files, and billing that keeps going when the internet does not. The low price is how it is sold — one yearly plan, bought online, with no AMC — not a smaller product.

Does Bilzy work without internet?

Yes. Bills are made and saved on the phone or the PC, and go up to your account when the connection comes back.

Can I use it on my phone and my computer together?

Yes, on one account. Items, parties and bills are the same on both, and stock is moved by the server so two counters cannot sell the same last piece. Phone + Windows is ₹1,299 a year.

Can my staff bill without seeing my profit?

Yes. Each staff login gets only the screens you tick. Purchase cost and profit are their own permission.
