The short answer

An agri input shop needs batch and expiry for pesticides, billing in bags or kilos, and credit for farmers that runs from sowing to harvest. In Bilzy, keep batch and expiry on each purchase, set how many kilos a bag holds so either can be billed, put each farmer’s bills on his account with a credit limit, and send a statement before harvest. Company schemes like 10+1 go on the bill by themselves. Fertilisers carry 5% GST and seeds for sowing carry none. Bilzy runs on Android and Windows from ₹999 a year.

Dealers also need their licences and records in order under the rules for fertilisers, seeds and insecticides — a clean purchase and sale record with batches is the first thing an inspector looks at.

  • Sowing on credit, paid at harvest — with the paper to match.

Credit that follows the crop

Farmers buy when they sow and pay when they sell. A shop that understands this becomes the village’s shop — as long as the accounts stay clear on both sides.

On Bilzy each farmer has one account for the season, with every bill dated and every item listed. A statement before harvest shows what is open, and each payment is recorded against his bills, so nothing old hides behind something new.

  • A credit limit for each farmer, raised as trust grows
  • Every bill with its date and its items
  • A statement to share on WhatsApp or print
The shop that understands the farmer’s season earns the farmer’s loyalty for years.

Questions shopkeepers ask

Can Bilzy track pesticide batches and expiry?

Yes. Switch on batches; each purchase records the batch and expiry, and stock is kept batch by batch.

Can I give farmers credit until harvest?

Yes. Put the bills on the farmer’s account with a credit limit, send a statement before harvest, and take the payment against his bills.

What is the GST on fertilisers and seeds?

Fertilisers carry 5% GST and seeds for sowing carry none. Bio-pesticides carry 5%. Check the HSN of each product.

Is Bilzy only for small shops?

No. It is priced so a small shop can afford it, and built for a busy one: staff logins with roles, stock in more than one godown, wholesale rates and credit limits, GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B files, and billing that keeps going when the internet does not. The low price is how it is sold — one yearly plan, bought online, with no AMC — not a smaller product.

Does Bilzy work without internet?

Yes. Bills are made and saved on the phone or the PC, and go up to your account when the connection comes back.

Can I use it on my phone and my computer together?

Yes, on one account. Items, parties and bills are the same on both, and stock is moved by the server so two counters cannot sell the same last piece. Phone + Windows is ₹1,299 a year.

Can my staff bill without seeing my profit?

Yes. Each staff login gets only the screens you tick. Purchase cost and profit are their own permission.
