Programme terms

These terms apply to every partner. The numbers on this page are the programme's current settings.

1. The programme

The Bilzy Partner Programme ("the programme") is run by Bilzy. It lets individuals and firms ("partners") recommend Bilzy software to businesses and earn a commission on the plans those businesses buy.
Joining is free. There is no minimum number of referrals and no target.

You apply with your name, mobile number, email address and a password. The details must be your own and correct; payouts are made only to accounts in your name or your firm's name.
You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done through your account.
Your partner dashboard opens when your account is created. Bilzy may review any account at any time.

You refer a business from your dashboard by choosing the software (Bilzy Retail or Bilzy Pharmacy) and entering the business's name and the mobile number it will use to sign up.
A referral is reserved for you for 60 days. If the business creates its Bilzy account with that mobile number within that time, it is linked to you. After that, the number may be referred again by any partner.
The first partner to refer a mobile number holds it. A number cannot be referred while it is reserved for another partner.
A number that already has a Bilzy account cannot be referred. As an exception, a business that signed up only a few hours before you referred it (for example, because you set it up together) is still linked to you when added promptly.
You may not refer yourself, your own business, or accounts created only to earn commission.

You earn 30% of the plan price before GST for each plan payment made by a business linked to you (the first plan payment only).
Where a payment includes GST, the commission is worked out on the amount before GST (GST at 18% unless the invoice states otherwise).
Free plans, trials, and time given by Bilzy without payment earn no commission.
If a payment is refunded or reversed, the commission on it is cancelled. If it had already been paid out, Bilzy may set it off against your later commissions.
Bilzy may agree a different rate with an individual partner in writing; that rate then applies to that partner's future commissions.

A commission becomes withdrawable 7 days after the business's payment.
You may request a payout from your dashboard when ₹1,000 or more is withdrawable. A request covers everything withdrawable at that moment.
Payouts are made by bank transfer or UPI to the details you give in your dashboard. You are responsible for their accuracy. Each payout is recorded with its bank reference (UTR).
Payouts are subject to applicable taxes, including TDS, under Indian law. Please keep your PAN updated in your dashboard.

Describe Bilzy honestly. Do not promise features, prices, discounts or support that Bilzy does not offer.
Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, use misleading advertising, or present yourself as a Bilzy employee.
Respect the privacy of the businesses you refer. Share their details with Bilzy only with their consent.

Bilzy may put an account on hold or close it if these terms are broken, including for fraudulent referrals. Commissions from fraudulent activity are not payable.
You may close your partner account at any time by writing to us. Withdrawable commissions will be paid out as per section 5.

Bilzy may change the programme or these terms. Changes apply to plan payments made after the change is published on this page; commissions already earned are not reduced by a change.
